PRISM is a strategic function operating within the Risk & Fraud umbrella, designed to drive transformation, governance, intelligence, and operational excellence across the wider department. Product Integrity, Risk, Intelligence, Security & Monitoring.

 

The function provides centralized leadership and oversight for:

PRISM acts as the enabling engine of the Risk & Fraud organization, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively, controls remain robust, and intelligence is translated into measurable business outcomes.

As an Internal Security & Integrity Analyst, you will be a key member of the Internal Security & Integrity team, working under the direct supervision of the Team Lead. Your primary responsibility will be to execute investigative and analytical tasks aimed at identifying, assessing, and mitigating internal threats and vulnerabilities. You will contribute directly to safeguarding organizational assets and ensuring the integrity of our operational environment.

 

Job requirements

  • Data Collection & Analysis (Source Identification): Conduct detailed data collection and analysis to identify suspicious activities related to internal fraud. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Monitoring dormant/inactive player accounts for unusual withdrawal patterns, especially following instrument changes.

  • Auditing manual crediting/journaling entries above defined thresholds, analyzing by team member, instance, player frequency, and team member frequency over specified periods.

  • Performing comprehensive audits of test accounts that have received cash credits and processed withdrawals, cross-referencing by team member. Investigating test accounts that received cash or bonus funds, played poker, and subsequently dumped/lost funds.

  • Analyzing bonus crediting practices for anomalies, focusing on bonuses credited below specified playthrough requirements (e.g., <5x RO) or reset to lower than campaign-set RO. Tracking player frequency, team member frequency, total recycled value, playthrough completion, total amounts withdrawn, and identifying repeat offenders.

  • Monitoring system thresholds for Bulk Change Manager and Customer Manager, focusing on single instance entries and building monitoring reports around frequency and recency thresholds to identify manual override gaps.

  • System & Access Control Support: Assist in conducting audits of internal systems and user accounts to ensure alignment with HR/payroll databases. Support the management of user access across internal platforms, identifying and reporting unauthorized access. Participate in control audits for native Sports, Casino, and Poker systems to detect and prevent unauthorized crediting, free bets, free spins, and free rolls that bypass central customer management tools.

  • Threat Identification & Cross-Referencing: Execute tasks related to cross-referencing internal device IDs against fraud databases (e.g. BigPaw) to identify potential linkages to fraudulent activities. Assist in the escalation and initial investigation of any accounts, device IDs, or test accounts found to be connected to known fraud accounts.

  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on investigation findings, analytical insights, and identified anomalies for review by the Team Lead. Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all investigative activities, data analysis, and findings.

  • Process Adherence & Improvement: Adhere strictly to established internal security policies, procedures, and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of internal security protocols.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Internal Security & Integrity Team Lead and other team members, as well as collaborate with other R&F functions as directed, to support broader security initiatives.
